Established in 1979, Valtek Sulamericana, is a privately held company that specialise in the engineering, design and manufacture of general and severe service control valves.

With three primary manufacturing facilities located in Sao Paulo, the United States and Dubai, in addition to numerous authorised service centres around the world, Valtek Sulamericana is able to provide the highest level of service to our customers.

Since our foundation, we have adhered to concepts of excellence and customized service, supplying products tailored to the needs of our customers, with an exclusive quality standard.

These concepts permeate all stages of the design of our products, from the selection of materials, specification, and calculation to the manufacture of the final product, performed by an experienced and highly capable team.

We have attained the highest degrees of quality in the design and manufacture of control valves for special and severe applications such as: superheated steam, differential high pressure, volatile, corrosive, erosive and slurry fluids, in addition to solutions for cavitation and high noise levels.

Our control valves have exclusive design and geometry, offering high degree of interchangeability of their components, thus reducing inventory cost of spare parts.

    Valtek Inc, founded in the U.S.

    1976

    Valtek Engineering established in Pershore, UK as a Licensee of Valtek Inc, and owned by a division of Rolls Royce.

    1979

    Valtek Sulamericana is formed in Sao Paulo, Brazil as a partnership between Valtek Inc and Flucon.

    1987

    Duriron acquires Valtek Inc, and it’s interest in subsidiary and joint venture companies.

    1997

    Durion changes name to Durco, and merges with BWIP to form new entity Flowserve.

    1998

    Flowserve acquires Valtek Engineering UK from division of Rolls Royce.

    2009

    Flowserve sells it’s interest in Valtek Sulamericana to Flucon. Making Valtek Sulamericana an independent company.

    2012

    Flucon signes Joint Venture agreement with Binghalib Industries for the global expansion of Valtek Sulamericana.

    Valtek Sulamericana opens state of the art, control valve manufacturing facility in Dubai, to support the growing demand for Valtek Sulamericana control valves around the world.
